Superfood Shamrock Smoothie

Fresh and minty superfood shamrock smoothie.
Serves: 2-3
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • ¾ cup apple juice
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • ½ avocado
  • 3 cups green grapes (frozen for a thicker smoothie)
  • 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
  • ½ tablespoon chia seeds
  1. Place the spinach, apple juice and mint in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the avocado, green grapes and matcha green tea powder, continue blending.
  3. Add the chia seeds and stir or blend, depending on your preference.
